PAYMENTS (CARD PROCESSING)

1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
LPGHub is a business in the LPG industry that supplies gas related products and spares via an App online.

2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3-7 days and delivery confirmed by way of email which will include delivery dates via courier

3. Export restriction 
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only - unless special arrangements are made

4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by LPGHub is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, LPGHub will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 20% administration fee.

5. Customer Privacy policy
LPGHub shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). 6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.

7. Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for LPGHub via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.

8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by LPGHub separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.

9. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

10. Responsibility
LPGHub takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

11. Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and LPGHub chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

12. Variation
LPGHub may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

GENERAL

  1. Pictures of products may vary in type and colour - and in some cases are not brand specific
  2. Due to the current pandemic slow stock arrivals can occur
  3. Collection times for the courier is as follow
    • When ordered locally (in Gauteng before 14h00 - your package will be delivered in 24 hours 
    • When ordered AFTER 14h00 please expect you package between 24-48 hours
    • When ordered nationally (outside Gauteng before 14h00 - your package will be delivered in 44 hours 8
    • When ordered AFTER 14h00 please expect you package between 48-72 hours
  4. Although we use a reliable courier service, LPGHub can not be held responsible for late deliveries (no refunds)

 

RETURN/CREDIT POLICY 

  1. Notification must be sent to LPG HUB stipulating the item and the reason for the return of such item.
  2. Warranty claims need to be logged with LPG HUB so that it can submitted to the relevant supplier.
  3. Warranty claims will be dealt with directly through the supplier of the product and LPG HUB will no longer be responsible for any further actions.
  4. Items that were incorrectly ordered by the client will have to be returned and a 20% handling fee will be charged. All items needs to be returned in the original undamaged packaging. Items in damaged or no packaging will not be accepted. This needs to be done within 48hrs of receiving your order!!
  5. Any returns due to product quality will first have to be approved by our supplier’s technical department before any credit will be passed.
  6. If any shortages or damaged goods are delivered it needs to be reported within 24 hrs.
  7. LPG HUB takes no responsibility for any products ordered incorrectly and the products descriptions given by the suppliers. The customer needs to ensure that the products ordered are the correct size for job.
  8. LPG HUB also takes no responsibility for incorrect installations or illegal installations.
  9. All Appliances sold by LPG HUB needs to be installed by a REGISTERED LPGAS PRACTITIONER. All appliances WARRANTIES will be deemed NULL & VOID if you do not have a CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE!!
  10. It is the responsibility of the Installer/Shop owner to ensure the correct size Gas Geysers is being installed. The information on this APP is simply a guide line but should not be taken as a given.
  11. No returns will be accepted for the incorrect sizing of Gas Geysers ordered!!
